Furlong signs new QPR contract
Darnell Furlong has signed a new two-and-a-half-year contract at QPR, the club have confirmed.
West London Sport recently revealed that Furlong would be recalled from a season-long loan at Swindon, that he was being offered a new contract, and that he was set to sign.
The 21-year-old’s current deal was due to expire at the end of the season and Rangers were keen to cement his long-term future at the club.
Since his return from Swindon, Furlong impressed on his Championship debut against Reading and retained his place for Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Fulham.
