Ravel Morrison and keeper Rob Green were among the players QPR were left anxiously assessing after their win against Yeovil.
Morrison scored twice in their 3-0 victory but complained of a groin problem, while Green, Armand Traore and Jermaine Jenas all went off injured.
Rangers assistant manager Kevin Bond said Green had sustained a blow to the chest and his condition will be monitored ahead of Tuesday’s trip to Sheffield Wednesday.
Traore suffered a hamstring injury as did midfielder Jenas, who went off in the final minutes when Rangers had already used all their substitutes.
Bond said: “We’ve taken a few knocks today, which is obviously a concern, but overall it has been a good day for us.
“Rob got a whack on his chest, Ravel was feeling his groin, JJ had to come off and Traore. We’re going to have to assess them and hope they’ll be okay.”
Morrison’s brace was his second since arriving on loan from West Ham and means the playmaker has now scored four goals in his last three appearances.
And there was a goal too for substitute Bobby Zamora, who headed home Junior Hoilett’s right-wing cross to make it 2-0.
“It was very pleasing to score three, get the win and clean sheet and for Bobby Zamora to score,” Bond added.
“Ravel has got that quality and can make that difference and give you something a bit special when something special is required.”
