Paul Furlong has told QPR’s website he believes goalkeeper Conor Hudnott has a bright future despite the teenager being hampered by injuries since arriving from Chelsea.
Hudnott was snapped up in March 2013 after Chelsea opted to release him.
And Rangers’ Under-18s boss Furlong believes he is one of a number of youngsters capable of making an impact at Loftus Road.
Furlong said: “Throughout his time at the club he’s had his fair share of injuries but he’s one that’s got another bright future.
“He’s got good distribution, he’s a good shot-stopper and communicates really well. It’d be great to see him get a run of games now and stay fully fit.”
Hudnott was with Combined Counties League outfit Spelthorne Sports when he was spotted by Chelsea, who signed him on a two-year deal in April 2011.
