Clarke and Amos play in QPR Under-23 game
On-loan Tottenham duo Luke Amos and Jack Clarke featured for QPR’s development side on Monday afternoon.
Both played for just over an hour of a game against Bristol City, as did Olamide Shodipo, who scored one of Rangers’ goals in a 2-2 draw at their Harlington training ground. Aramide Oteh also scored for the hosts.
Amos (pictured) has struggled to establish himself as a first-team regular since arriving on a season-long loan and has recently been kept out of the Rangers side by the midfield partnership of Geoff Cameron and Dom Ball.
Winger Clarke arrived from Spurs in January after being recalled from a loan spell at his former club Leeds, where he did not start a league game all season.
Clarke has also not started a league match for QPR, so he and Amos were given some game time in order to maintain their fitness.
Meanwhile, R’s youngster Franklin Domi has had his loan at non-League Eastbourne Borough extended until the end of the month.
