Yun is sidelined for up to six weeks
QPR left-back Yun Suk-Young faces up to six weeks on the sidelines after a scan on his ankle injury revealed ligament damage.
Boss Harry Redknapp was hopeful the South Korean, 24, would make a swift recovery after Yun limped off during the first half of Saturday’s 3-2 win against West Brom.
But he is now likely to be out of action until February – and Rangers are considering bringing in a left-back during next month’s transfer window.
“He’s done his ankle and he’s out for quite a while,” said Redknapp, who must choose between Armand Traore and skipper Clint Hill as replacements.
Rangers face Traore’s former club Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Boxing Day and are at home to Crystal Palace two days later.
