QPR midfielder Sandro is nursing another injury.
The Brazilian had a knee problem prior to his summer move from Tottenham and struggled to regain his fitness in the opening weeks of the season.
He also went off at Southampton after taking an early knock to the head and more recently returned to action after a groin strain.
And he picked up a hamstring injury in Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Manchester City at Loftus Road, where he was withdrawn at half-time.
It was a setback for Sandro, 25, after he had managed to complete matches against Aston Villa and Chelsea.
“It’s frustrating. We need Sandro to play more 90 minutes’,” admitted R’s boss Harry Redknapp.
Sandro will be assessed in the coming days but has some time to recover because of the international break.
Rangers are not in action again until 22 November, when they are away to Newcastle.
