QPR in talks to bring back Mackie
QPR are in talks to bring Jamie Mackie back to Loftus Road from Nottingham Forest.
Mackie, 29, scored 18 league goals during a three-year spell with Rangers and played a key role in helping them win promotion to the top flight in the 2010-2011 campaign.
After falling out of favour under the then QPR manager Harry Redknapp, the Scotland international joined Forest in the summer of 2013.
He spent last season on loan at Reading, making 39 appearances and scoring six goals.

Would be brilliant to see The Raptor celebrations.
Perhaps he will unveil a brand new one, though?
A cheerful addition. Always gung ho and ready to go.
Would be brilliant to see what Charlie would do at Southampton. Not liking the Newcastle rumors. Stingy club. Schteve is great but how long will he last in that toxic atmosphere up there? Southampton offers so much more, like Europe, and a more positive environment.

Brilliant if he returns. Should never have let him go. Worth his place for his enthusiasm and commitment apart from his undoubted skill. While we’re talking transfers, if Charlie has to go why not try to do a deal with Southampton for Shane Long and cash for Charlu ?

I would really like to see Mackie back,a rough diamond with an amazing engine.
Excellent work ethic.
Definitely the sort of player you need to succeed in the championship he was even useful in the prem, will always remember the winner against Liverpool.
