Harry Redknapp has reiterated that he wants Shaun Wright-Phillips to leave QPR and play first-team football elsewhere.
Charlton wanted to sign the out-of-favour winger on loan last season, while Bolton and Blackburn also made enquiries.
But Redknapp says Wright-Phillips, who moved to Loftus Road from Manchester City in 2011, has been unwilling to go.
Redknapp said: “Let’s all talk straight; if you’re earning x amount and someone offers you less, you’re not going to go, are you?
“Blackburn, Bolton and Charlton, they’ve come in and he said ‘No, I’m not interested.’”
In an interview with The Sun, Wright-Phillips, 33, claimed he had been left in the dark over why he was being ignored by Redknapp.
The player also suggested he had been sworn at by the Rangers boss when he sought a meeting with him.
“I like Shaun Wright-Phillips. He’s a good lad and I haven’t got a minute’s problem with him,” Redknapp insisted.
“We all have opinions on players – some you want and some you don’t. He’s a good lad, trains well and has not been a problem to me. But he needs to play.
“Shaun’s got a great contract here. We’ve had clubs want him and he’s not wanted to go. I’ve said to him that I think he needs to move on and play football.
“But he’s got a great contract here and it’s difficult to go and get that money somewhere else. That’s the top and bottom of it.”

He should leave because he should want to play football. It has nothing to do with QPR not being happy with the contract. If you have a bad employee then you get rid! He is one of the worst players to put on a QPR shirt in recent years, money mercenary!! He should p off to a championship side.
Why should he leave? QPR shouldn't have offered him the contract if they weren't happy with the terms.
