Another loan move for QPR’s Furlong

QPR youngster Darnell Furlong has joined Cambridge United on loan.

The League Two club, managed by former R’s midfielder Shaun Derry, have signed Furlong for an initial month.

Right-back Furong, 20, spent the first half of the season on loan at Northampton Town, making 11 appearances.

He has made four first-team appearances for QPR – three of them in the Premier League.
