Hall and Wheeler in QPR squad for Portugal trip
Grant Hall has been included in QPR’s squad for a pre-season visit to Portugal.
Hall missed most of last season with a persistent knee problem and had surgery in February.
He took part in Rangers’ first training session after the squad returned for pre-season this week.
David Wheeler, sidelined since December, is also back in training and travels to Portugal as well.
A number of youngsters have also joined the squad for the training camp, including midfielder Charlie Owens and centre-back Giles Phillips.
And young keeper Seny Dieng is included in place of Alex Smithies, who is discussing personal terms with Cardiff City after a bid from the Welsh club was accepted.
QPR squad: Ingram, Lumley, Dieng, Phillips, Lynch, Bidwell, Hamalainen, Scowen, Goss, Chair, Freeman, Eze, Cousins, Owens, Manning, Smyth, Wszolek, Osayi-Samuel, Shodipo, Wheeler, Sylla, Washington, Smith, Oteh.
