Massimo Luongo and Jordan Cousins will miss QPR’s game at Derby County tonight, while Paul Smyth and Ilias Chair have been added to the squad.
Luongo, who came off at half-time against Aston Villa on Saturday, is ill, while Cousins has picked up a minor injury.
Cousins, recently back in action after a hamstring problem, jarred his knee during the first half of Saturday’s game.
Darnell Furlong has also picked up a knee injury, in his case in training on Monday, and is unavailable for the Derby game as well.
So too is Bright Osayi-Samuel, who has been overlooked for recent matches and was in line for a recall to the squad but is struggling with an ankle injury.
Summer signing Smyth and Belgian midfielder Chair have therefore been drafted into the squad along with Michael Petrasso.
Forward Smyth, 20, is yet to make his first-team debut following his move to Loftus Road from Linfield.
Chair, also 20, was signed on short-term contract in January last year, was given new one-year deal during the summer, and has featured in the EFL Cup for Rangers this season.
