The Sun continue to claim that QPR, who are under a transfer embargo, are set to re-sign Adel Taarabt.
The star of Rangers’ 2011 Championship-winning side has been out of favour at Benfica for some time.
The Sun have previously suggested he could return to Loftus Road – and again claim R’s boss Steve McClaren is looking to sign him for the rest of the season.
QPR are prevented from making signings during this month’s transfer window, apart from in certain circumstances – such as if they sell a player – as part of their Financial Fair Play settlement.
The club cannot add to their wage bill, pay agents’ fees or make loan signings during this window.
Taarabt is under contract until next year but The Sun say Benfica will let him go now.

If true, who will go to fund this. I can see several 'frees' but very few 'sells'. Probably past his sell by date now. Past antics would make me very cautious about even considering this option.
