Varane set to return for QPR
Jonathan Varane is set to return to the QPR squad along with Alfie Lloyd for Saturday’s away match against Stoke.
Both players were unavailable prior to the international break after picking up injuries.
Varane missed the defeats at West Brom and Middlesbrough and the draw against Leeds because of a hamstring problem, while Lloyd sat out the Leeds game with an ankle knock.
They have since returned to full training and are expected to be involved this weekend.
But Rangers will still be without Sam Field, Ilias Chair, Zan Celar, Rayan Kolli and Jake Clarke-Salter, while Koki Saito is suspended.
Field appears to be close to a return, while Rangers are hopeful Chair, who has a hamstring injury, will play again before the end of the season.
Rangers have been assessing captain Steve Cook, who went off during the second half against Leeds.
Saito was sent off in that game after halting a late Leeds counter-attack with a studs-up challenge on Dan James.
