QPR maintained their unbeaten start to the season by picking up a point against Sheffield Wednesday. Here’s how we rated each Rangers player in the 1-1 draw at Hillsborough.

Produced a routine but important save in the first half and was solid throughout. His distribution was excellent, particularly towards Conor Washington, enabling Rangers to launch a number of counter-attacks.

Looked shaky on occasions but competed well against a strong Wednesday attack.
A strong presence in the air in both boxes but on the ground he was given problems.

Like against Reading, the Rangers captain made one bad mistake in an otherwise decent performance. Unlike against Reading, he didn’t get away with it and his failure to cut out a cross led to the equaliser.
Absolutely brilliant. Created Rangers’ goal for Jamie Mackie with a lovely through ball and produced other moments of outstanding skill and quality.

A terrific display of non-stop work-rate on the flank. He was immense defensively – his performance was summed up by him making up 10 yards to catch Barry Bannan and snuff out a Wednesday attack – and was also a threat going forward, seeing a shot saved and setting up a chance for Mackie shortly before QPR’s goal.

Excellent in midfield, where he won numerous challenges and gave Wednesday absolutely nothing. Also cleared off the line and got forward too. A fine display.
Also impressive in midfield – where Rangers were generally tremendous. Luongo worked hard and used the ball well too.

Had a good game on the left, where he combined nicely with Freeman. Solid defensively as well.
Took his goal nicely and for the second Championship game running his tireless pressing from the front was the key to an encouraging QPR performance. He never allowed the home side to settle.
Always looked lively and created a golden chance for substitute Kazenga LuaLua, who should have scored.

Sylla would have put that away.
Adverts that start playing sound unannounced are as obnoxious as it gets and there are so many ads on here I can't get the pages to scroll properly, not sure what's happened because this is a really good site with really good content but I can't be using a website that keeps crashing out my browser.
