Fernandes insists Freeman is not for sale
Tony Fernandes has insisted on Twitter that Luke Freeman is not for sale.
It comes after reports claiming QPR value Freeman at £3m and that he is wanted by West Brom, Middlesbrough and Sheffield United.
The Rangers co-chairman has since faced criticism from some fans on social media, many of whom have pointed to the sales of Charlie Austin and Alex Smithies, who left for less than many supporters felt they were worth.
Fernandes stood by those sales and made it clear the club have no desire to sell Freeman.
Austin has 6 months left on his contract. I stand by smithes. And we have got two good goalkeepers to replace him. Freeman not for sale.

Regardless of having 2 other keepers, smithies was let go for nothing! Why can’t the club employ someone who can negotiate properly. Other clubs are laughing at us
