Dunne gets one-year extension at QPR

QPR have confirmed they have given Richard Dunne a one-year contract extension.

The veteran defender landed a new deal after triggering a clause in his contract which entitled him to another 12 months at Loftus Road if he made a certain number of appearances.

Dunne, 34, joined Rangers on a free transfer last summer after being released by Aston Villa, signing a one-year contract.
