Mark Devlin will leave his job as Brentford chief executive at the end of next month, the club have announced.
Devlin, who was previously at QPR, has been at Griffin Park for seven years.
“I am leaving with the club in a very healthy position,” said Devlin, who was removed as QPR chief executive following a boardroom coup by ex-chairman Gianni Paladini in 2005.
Brentford owner Matthew Benham said: “Mark’s leadership ability and expertise have been essential in our journey over the last seven years and he has played a major role in the club’s development.
“I would personally like to wish him every success in the next stage of his career.”
