Boss Redknapp rules out Palacios signing
QPR boss Harry Redknapp has insisted he will not be buying Stoke’s former Tottenham midfielder Wilson Palacios.
The Honduran, who played under Redknapp at Spurs, is one of a host of players Rangers have been approached about signing.
Talks took place with Palacios’ representatives and his father has been quoted as saying his son is set to join Redknapp at Loftus Road.
But Redknapp, who hopes to prise Mohamed Diame from West Ham and also wants Tottenham’s Jake Livermore, says he will not be making an offer to Stoke manager Tony Pulis.
“I had Wilson at Tottenham. If I wanted to I could speak to Tony about him, but no,” he said.
Meanwhile, Redknapp says he is not looking to sell Alejandro Faurlin.
