Borysiuk’s return to Poland is confirmed
QPR midfielder Ariel Borysiuk’s return to Lechia Gdańsk on loan has been confirmed.
West London Sport recently revealed that Rangers would listen to offers for Borysiuk and subsequently revealed that his former club were looking to sign him on loan for the rest of the season.
He spent two years with them before joining Legia Warsaw, who sold him to Rangers last summer.
Borysiuk’s move will be formally completed when the Polish transfer window reopens on 29 January.
The player has failed to impress R’s boss Ian Holloway, who is keen to revamp his midfield.
An offer for Manchester United’s Sean Goss, 21, has been accepted and Michael Doughty was recently recalled from a season-long loan at Swindon.
Borysiuk has become surplus to requirements along with Karl Henry, who has been told find a new club following a fall-out with Holloway.
