Boost for QPR as Yun injury fears are allayed
A knee injury suffered by Yun Suk-Young in QPR’s win against Leicester on Saturday does not appear to be serious.
The Rangers left-back went off during the second half of the game at Loftus Road and the problem initially caused some concern.
But Yun seems to have made a quick recovery and is hoping to be in the squad for Tuesday’s match at Swansea.
And Bobby Zamora, who missed the Leicester game after hurting his back, could also be available.
“Yun came off with a knock but we think he’s okay,” said R’s boss Harry Redknapp.
“We’re pretty much as we were at the weekend. Bobby’s better – his back is easier this morning – and we’ll see how he is.”
Defender Steven Caulker also picked up a knock at the weekend but is expected to be passed fit as well.
