QPR draw with Dons in friendly
Asmir Begovic made his debut as QPR continued their pre-season campaign with a 1-1 draw at AFC Wimbledon.
Lyndon Dykes put Rangers ahead after just three minutes, pouncing on an under-hit back-pass by Ryan Johnson and rounding keeper Alex Bass to score.
Josh Neufville levelled for the home side five minutes after the interval.
Veteran goalkeeper Begovic played the first half and was captain. He produced a save to deny James Tilley after an error by Kenneth Paal.
Another recent signing, Ziyad Larkeche, also featured, but Paul Smyth was not involved.
Rangers, who started with Ilias Chair, Chris Willock and Taylor Richards playing behind Dykes in attack, played some neat football in the first half.
QPR (4-2-3-1): Begovic (Walsh 45); Kakay (Drewe 45), Dunne (Hawkins 74), Gubbins (Woodman 74), Paal (Larkeche 63); Field (Dixon-Bonner 74), Dozzell (Duke-McKenna 74); Chair (Kelman 63), Richards (Pedder 63), Willock (Adomah 63), Dykes (Armstrong 45).
