Aston Villa’s Beale a contender for QPR job
Michael Beale is among the contenders for the QPR manager’s job.
The club have expressed an interest in the 41-year-old, who is Aston Villa boss Steven Gerrard’s assistant.
Beale was with Gerrard at Glasgow Rangers and has also coached at Liverpool and Chelsea.
QPR are looking for an up-and-coming manager with a background in coaching and developing players and Beale is among those to be identified as potentially fitting the bill.

What club in their right mind would get rid of a manager without a replacement at least identified – answer:- QPR of course. Senior Management, hang your heads in shame. You deserve everything you get, what a bunch of nombnuts DoF has made you look..

Of all those mentioned so far, he IS the best one. Just get it done and dusted so we can move forward again.

This would be a very forward thinking appointment, and he would absolutely turn Chair, Willock, Dickie and Dykes into sought after Premier League players.
