Ruislip Eagles’s European challenge ended with a comprehensive defeat over two legs to HC Vise in the EHF Challenge Cup.
Marc Fayemi’s side were hoping to make it to the last 16 for the first time, but were turned over 81-37 on aggregate.
Eagles lost the first match on Saturday 42-22 and succumbed in Sunday’s second game 39-15, as the Belgian side ran out comfortable victors.
The focus now switches back to league action, with Ruislip travelling to Cambridge in the Super 8 next Sunday.
