Former Leeds United striker joins Stones
Wealdstone have signed former Leeds United, Luton and Bristol City striker Enoch Showunmi.
The 32-year-old was released by Notts County in the summer and ended last season playing in League Two with loan spells at Torquay and Plymouth.
His arrival will be a significant boost for Stones, who have struggled for goals since their promotion to Conference South.
London-born Showunmi, who won two caps for Nigeria in 2004, began his career with Luton and made more than 100 appearances for the Hatters, including scoring a hat-trick against Brentford.
He played 50 league games for Bristol City before an ill-fated 18-month spell at Leeds, where he scored only three times in 21 appearances.
Showunmi then moved on to Falkirk and Tranmere prior to joining Notts County in the summer of 2012.
