Hayes & Yeading United have made their third new signing in a week with the arrival of winger Shepherd Murombedzi.
The 21-year-old joins after a two-week spell with Nuneaton Town, having spent most of this season at National League side Torquay United.
Zimbabwe-born Murombedzi made 23 appearances for the Gulls, including seven starts in non-League’s top flight, and scored the winner against Wrexham in the FA Trophy last month.
However, he left Torquay after requesting more regular football and, after a short stay at Nuneaton, has now signed for United.
Murombedzi began his youth football career at Reading’s academy aged 12, and progressed through to their Under-21 side before being released.
He has also played for Bognor Regis Town, Oxford City and Banbury United.
United have also recently drafted in former Tottenham and Norwich youngster Olumide Durojaiye, from Enfield Town, and Exeter City goalkeeper James Hamon.
