Middlesex have snapped up England Lions paceman James Harris after he was released by Glamorgan.
The 22-year-old left the Division Two county at the end of the season after invoking a clause in his contract allowing him to speak to top-flight clubs.
He had been offered a deal by Nottinghamshire but has instead opted for a move to Middlesex.
Harris took six wickets for the Lions against Australia A last month, although injuries restricted him to only four Division Two matches for Glamorgan in 2012.
After making his debut for the Welsh side as a 16-year-old, Harris became the youngest Glamorgan bowler to reach the 100 and 200-wicket milestones.
