Zamora back in Fulham fold

Fulham striker Bobby Zamora has been passed fit to return in Sunday’s match against Blackburn, while Bryan Ruiz is in line for a debut.

Zamora has been badly missed by the Whites, who have lost all three matches he has missed with an ankle injury.

Costa Rica forward Ruiz is set to make his first appearance since a £10.6m move from Dutch club FC Twente, while fellow deadline day signings Zdenek Grygera and Orlando Sa are also expected to be in the squad.

John Arne Riise is still out but the Norwegian’s brother Bjorn Helge has shaken off a knock, as has youngster Matthew Briggs.
