Fulham remained 17th in the Championship table after Matej Vydra’s second-half equaliser denied them victory at Craven Cottage.
They went ahead on the half-hour mark courtesy of Oliver Norwood’s free-kick – his third goal of the season.
But Derby hit back five minutes into the second half when striker Vydra slotted home after being set up by Tom Lawrence.
The goal came against the run of play, with Fulham having dominated the first half.
They were on top from the start and Derby keeper Scott Carson produced a fine save to keep out Floyd Ayite’s header before Norwood’s opener.
And after the Rams levelled, Ayite missed a great chance to restore the Whites’ lead when he fired over.
