Scott Parker declared that Fulham are “only going to get stronger” after their 3-2 win against Luton.
Aleksandar Mitrovic scored a hat-trick for the Whites, who created a host of chances and could have won by a greater margin.
The three points took Fulham up to seventh in the Championship table and manager Parker believes they are heading in the right direction.
“We want to stay in amongst it and I do feel like we’re only going to get stronger and I feel like we’re in the right place,” Parker said.
“I do sense that the longer this season goes on and the more we get to grips with it – this is a young team and I don’t mean in age, I just mean a young team (in terms of) being together – it’s a process and certainly I can see us only becoming stronger over the course of the year and becoming more clinical.”
