Fulham have completed the signing of Harry Arter on a season-long loan from Bournemouth with a view to a permanent move.
The Republic of Ireland international, 29, is the brother-in-law of Whites boss Scott Parker.
Arter, who joined Bournemouth from non-League Woking in 2010, spent last season on loan at Cardiff City.
“I’m delighted to be here,” Arter told Fulham’s website.
“Fulham is a fantastic club with a lot of ambition who want to get back to the Premier League, and I hope I can help them achieve that this season.”
