Aleksandar Mitrovic scored twice as Fulham clinched a fourth consecutive win.
Mitrovic netted midway through the first half and again a couple of minutes before the interval, taking his tally for the season to 15.
The Serbian striker put Fulham ahead by heading in the loose ball after Aboubakar Kamara’s first-time shot from Joe Bryan’s left-wing cross came off the bar.
The goal came against the run of play as Swansea had been on top.
Whites keeper Marek Rodak produced a superb save to deny Sam Surridge at point-blank range and George Byers fired against the outside of the post.
Mitrovic’s opener changed the course of the game and his second came courtesy of a slice of good fortune.
Josh Onomah mis-cued after being found by Ivan Cavaleiro’s cross but the ball dropped to Mitrovic, who finished emphatically.
Byers gave Swansea hope by heading home Barrie McKay’s 65th-minute cross, but Fulham held on.
