Fulham boss Martin Jol has insisted there is “no truth” in speculation linking him with a summer move for Trabzonspor striker Burak Yilmaz.
The Dutchman was reported to be lining up the player as a potential replacement for Andy Johnson, whose contract expires at the end of the season.
But Jol remains focused on securing a longer-term deal for Russian target man Pavel Pogrebnyak, who has been a big hit since his deadline-day move from Stuttgart.
Yilmaz, 26, has previously been linked with Arsenal and is said to be rated at around £4m.
