Jokanovic urges Fulham to ‘keep on going’

Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic urged his players to keep going after their promotion charge continued with a 2-1 win at Preston.

On-loan Newcastle striker Aleksandar Mitrovic scored two more goals for the Whites, giving them a fourth consecutive victory.

“We keep on going,” Jokanovic declared. “It is massive for us in one of the toughest away games we played. I have to be satisfied.

“Preston put us under stress and they are a strong and intensive side. For us to win the game in this kind of situation, in the last minute, we must be satisfied.”

Fulham are fourth in the Championship table, just five points behind second-placed Cardiff City, who visit Brentford on Tuesday.
