Tom Cairney has pulled out of the Scotland squad because of injury.
The Scottish Football Association announced that the Fulham midfielder had withdrawn two days after boss Alex McLeish named his squad for the double header against Belgium and Albania.
Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic revealed on Monday that Cairney had turned his ankle against Burnley at the weekend.
Cairney missed his team’s win over Exeter in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday but Jokanovic had been hopeful of him recovering in time to face Brighton this weekend.
