Zoltan Gera has completed his return to West Brom on a Bosman free transfer.
Gera, who spent four years with Albion before joining Fulham in 2008, has agreed a two-year contract with the Midlands club.
It means he is reunited with West Brom boss Roy Hodgson, who signed the player when he was in charge at Fulham.
The 32-year-old Hungary international opted not to sign a new deal at Craven Cottage when his contract expired at the end of last season.
Hodgson told Albion’s website: “”I think it is a massive coup for the club that we have been able to persuade him to come back to West Brom despite the many other offers he had.”
Gera is currently recovering from an ankle injury and is unlikely to be available to Hodgson until the mid-September.
