Fulham have made a second bid, this time of around £2.2m, for Standard Liege midfielder Ibrahima Cisse.
West London Sport revealed earlier this week that the White were considering new offer for Cisse after seeing an initial bid turned down.
Liege value the Belgium Under-21 international at closer to £3m.
Cisse, who can play at right-back, is keen to make the move to Craven Cottage.
