Fulham submit another bid for Cisse

Fulham have made a second bid, this time of around £2.2m, for Standard Liege midfielder Ibrahima Cisse.

West London Sport revealed earlier this week that the White were considering a new offer for Cisse after seeing an initial bid turned down.

Liege value the Belgium Under-21 international at closer to £3m.

Cisse, who can play at right-back, is keen to make the move to Craven Cottage.
