Fulham complete loan signing of Petsos

Fulham have completed the signing of Werder Bremen midfielder Athanasios Petsos on loan for the rest of the season.

The 25-year-old Greece international was targeted after Fulham missed out on Ibrahima Cisse.

The Whites had two bids rejected by Standard Liege for Cisse and decided to look elsewhere. 

Petsos signed for Bremen from Rapid Vienna last summer but has made only three Bundesliga appearances.

He has played four times for Greece.
