Fulham secured a hard-earned point at Carrow Road and a first clean sheet in 15 matches.
Minus the ill Sascha Riether and Chris Baird, and with Stanislav Manolev and Emmanuel Frimpong making their debuts, they were under pressure for much of the game.
Whites keeper Mark Schwarzer produced a first-half save to deny Luciano Becchio, who also headed over from Russell Martin’s right-wing cross.
After the break, Schwarzer kept out an effort from Simeon Jackson as Norwich continued to press.
The visitors had their moments, with Steve Sidwell having a shot saved and Bryan Ruiz blasting over following good work from substitute Urby Emanuelson.
Fulham: Schwarzer; Manolev, Senderos, Hangeland, Riise; Duff, Frimpong (Emanuelson 66), Sidwell, Ruiz (Dejagah 90); Berbatov; Rodallega (Petric 77).
Subs not used: Etheridge, Hughes, Karagounis, Kacaniklic.
