Fulham have agreed a £3.8m deal to sign Neeskens Kebano from Genk.
The 24-year-old midfielder is due to a undergo a medical and complete a move to Craven Cottage.
Kebano is a DR Congo international who previously represented France at youth level.
He was a trainee at Paris Saint-Germain and made three senior appearances for them n Ligue 1 before a a move to Belgian club Charleroi, where he scored 14 league goals.
He has scored four times in the Belgian top flight since going Genk last year.
