Sessegnon ‘at a great club to learn his trade’
Fulham midfielder Kevin McDonald believes Ryan Sessegnon would benefit from staying at Fulham.
There has been speculation over the 16-year-old’s future, with Tottenham and Manchester City among the club’s recently linked with him.
Left-back Sessegnon scored in Fulham’s 2-2 draw with Cardiff at the weekend, prompting more reports that he could be snapped up by a Premier League club.
But McDonald, who also scored in Saturday’s game, said: “Ryan’s at a great club to learn his trade and progress.
“The experience he’s getting in games and training with the players every day is good for him.
“I’m sure he will continue kicking on. He has everything in his locker to be a top player.”
