Trio feature in Fulham Under-21 game

Chris David, Alexander Kacanilkic and Thomas Eisfeld were among those who featured for Fulham’s Under-21 side as they lost 2-1 to Southampton on Monday evening.

Kacaniklic played for an hour at Fulham’s Motspur Park training ground and missed a good chance to score before being taken off.

All the goals came in the first half, with Bevis Mugabi and Jason McCarthy scoring for the Saints before Chris David (pictured) set up Ange-Freddy Plumain to pull one back for the hosts.

Tom Richards went close to equalising in the second half when his shot hit the post.
