Fulham striker Stephen Humphrys has signed a new deal at Craven Cottage – but will spend the rest of this season on loan at Shrewsbury.
The 19-year-old’s contract with the Whites now runs until the summer of 2019, with an option to extend by a further year.
He is the second Fulham academy graduate thto move on loan to Shrewsbury this season, after full-back Jack Grimmer, and could make his debut for the League One side at Gillingham on Saturday.
Humphrys joined the Whites from Bury in 2013, and after working his way through the ranks made his first-team bow as a substitute in December’s 2-2 draw with Derby County at Craven Cottage.
