Fulham winger Mesca has joined Cypriot side AEL Limassol on a permanent deal.
The 22-year-old joined the Whites in September 2011 having spent just over a year on the books of Chelsea.
He made one first-team appearance for Fulham, as a substitute against the Blues at Stamford Bridge in September 2013.
Born in Guinea-Bissau, Mesca came through the ranks at Sporting Lisbon before joining Chelsea and played for Portugal up to Under-19 level.
