Fulham captain Scott Parker has agreed a new one-year contract with the club.
Parker, 35, was coming to the end of the three-year deal he originally signed when joining the Whites from Tottenham in 2013.
The former England midfielder has made 97 appearances for Fulham, scoring six goals.
He told the club’s official website: “I’m delighted to have signed an extension with the club. We are all confident that we can make next season a better one.”
Earlier this week, his team-mate Tom Cairney had urged Parker to stay on and praised the skipper for his leadership.
Parker also had a two-year spell at Chelsea as well as playing for Charlton, Newcastle and West Ham.
