Brighton have completed the signing of goalkeeper David Stockdale from Fulham for an undisclosed fee.
Stockdale, 28, has agreed a three-year contract with the Seagulls and is their fourth signing of the summer.
He will be reunited with former Whites defender Aaron Hughes, who also recently joined Albion, and another ex-Fulham man, Antti Niemi, who is their goalkeeping coach.
Signed from Darlington in 2008, Stockdale often struggled to establish himself as Fulham’s first-choice keeper, making only 37 league starts for the club.
During that time he had loan spells at Rotherham, Leicester, Plymouth, Ipswich and Hull.
