Fulham are interested in Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish.
Villa, beaten by Fulham in the Championship play-off final, face serious financial difficulties after failing to secure a return to the Premier League.
They are expected to lose Grealish, 22, this summer.
Fulham are also interested in Norwich City’s highly-rated midfielder James Maddison who, like Grealish, has attracted interest from a number of top-flight clubs.
Grealish, who made 33 appearances for Villa last season, has been linked with the likes of Tottenham, Newcastle and Leicester.
Fulham are also keen to sign Chelsea pair Tomas Kalas and Lucas Piazon on permanent deals this summer.
They both played important roles during the promotion-winning campaign while on loan last season.
Kalas’ loan deal included an option to sign the centre-back for £8.5m, but Fulham are reluctant to pay that much and are hoping to negotiate a lower fee.
Fulham also remain interested in making Oliver Norwood’s loan permanent after having an offer rejected by Brighton in January.
And the Whites will try to sign Aleksandar Mitrovic and Matt Targett from Newcastle and Southampton respectively after they too made a huge impact while on loan at Craven Cottage.
