Chelsea v Liverpool: Costa plays

Diego Costa has been passed fit for Chelsea’s game against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge, where Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic have both been left on the bench.

Blues striker Costa hobbled off at Stoke in midweek after taking a knock to the ribs but trained on Friday and is able to play.

Kurt Zouma is again at right-back, while John Mikel Obi, who plays alongside Ramires, keeps his place in midfield despite Matic being available again after serving a ban.

For Liverpool, James Milner is back from suspension and Chrisian Benteke, who has recovered from a knee problem, is on the bench. Kolo Toure is out with a hamstring injury.
