Transfer gossip: QPR again linked with winger

QPR want Oxford United winger Marvin Johnson, it has again been claimed.

Johnson, then with Motherwell, was linked with a move to Loftus Road last summer despite the R’s not showing an interest in signing him.

He joined Oxford United, where his performances have apparently attracted attention from higher-division clubs.

The Birmingham Mail have picked up on speculation that Wolves and Birmingham City are keen on the 26-year-old.

QPR and Stoke City are also in the hunt to sign him, it is claimed.
