Transfer gossip: Chelsea continue to be linked with Dembele

Chelsea are again among the clubs linked with Celtic’s former Fulham forward Moussa Dembele.

The Blues were reported to have chased Dembele during the January transfer window and prior to his summer move from Fulham to Glasgow, but no approach for him was made.

The Sun now say Chelsea are one of a number of Premier League clubs likely to send scouts to watch Celtic’s derby against Glasgow rivals Rangers.

Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Paris St-Germain are also expected to be represented at the game, The Sun say.

It is standard practice for Premier League clubs to send scouts to watch games north of the border.

Nevertheless, clubs being represented at Parkhead this weekend is being seen as proof of their interest in Dembele, who is apparently rated at £30m.
